Track Retaining Clips are used to hold the track down to your roadbed. A Package of 25 is enough for a circle, one in the center and one at the end, except for the larger diameters where 3 per section would be recommended.
The 3/8" long #4 screws are adequate when fastening the clips directly to a wood base. If a soft roadbed, such as Cork, Vinylbed or Homosote, is used you would need a longer screw. Either 1/2" or 3/4" depending on the thickness of the roadbed.
